The morning starts out with an elaborate buffet breakfast.

In the evening, you can dine under the vaults by romantic candlelight, or make use of the elegant room service, like a restaurant in your room, along with the fireplace lit and a choice of amazing wines.

The Saint Hubertus Restaurant open its doors on Friday and Saturday evenings to the public, under vaulted ceilings of stone, with 200 year old juniper wood beams, a grand fireplace, exquisite foods from all over Italy are served. The chef proposes the most fresh Italian seasonal foods, from homemade pastas, local meats and cheeses, fresh grilled and prepared vegetables. Finally Italian desserts from, homemade tiramisu, Alpine whipped cream with mountain berries and more.

The breakfast is wonderful, fresh homemade cakes, butter croissants, homemade jams, fresh fruits of the season, natural yogurts from the Valle d’Aosta, fresh squeezed juices, eggs of any kind, delicious omelettes with local hams and bacon, English porridge, muesli and natural cereals, local fresh cheeses, fresh vegetables, salmon and more. Saint Hubertus has a selection of exclusive prestigious teas as well as your favourite coffee, cappuccino, caffe latte etc.

The elegantly designed exclusive wellness spa, has a contemporary feel and promotes quiet and relaxation surrounded by a wonderful swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Natural teak wood, hand cut black slate and beautiful glass, all create a magnificent ambiance for the wellness centre of Saint Hubertus. In an oasis of peace and quiet, each treatment leaves your body with a sense of peace and harmony. There is also a fitness room.

It includes over 800 square meters of wellness; with a spectacular swimming pool that reflects the Alps, a Finish sauna, a Turkish bath, an area with three treatment rooms and private jacuzzi couple spa room. They have a crushed ice waterfall outside the saunas, as well as a cross current jet in the swimming pool.
